It’s a million on 12 November 2014!

Despite decisions about Personal Independence Payments (PIPs) taking an average of 40 weeks, few Tribunals hearing appeals and the waiting times for assessments for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) increasing to over a year for some clients; Ipswich DAB has, since 1 April 2014, helped their clients obtain their entitlement to welfare benefits totalling £1,002,991.43

A recent report submitted to the Lloyd’s TSB Foundation, covering the first of a two year grant showed that in the 12 months to 31 August 2014, Ipswich DAB dealt with 9546 enquiries, took on 3022 cases and benefit gain for our clients was £1,789,231.92

NEW SERVICE

A new DEBT AND MONEY MANAGE SERVICE will be provided from 1 APRIL 2014.

A new post will be a job share between Liz and Jonathan.  They are trained to work in this specialist area and have extensive experience which has been gain doing similar work in other organisations.
